Best answer
Correct Answer - Option 4 : 49280 cm3

Given:

Height of cylinder = 80 cm

Circumference of the base of cylinder = 88 cm

Formula used:

Volume of cylinder = πr2h

Circumference of circle = 2πr

Calculation:

The base of the cylinder is in form of a circle

⇒ Circumference of the base of cylinder = Circumference of a circle

⇒ 88 cm = 2πr

⇒ 14 cm = r

Volume of cylinder = πr2h

⇒ Volume of cylinder = (22/7) × 142 × 80

⇒ 22 × 28 × 80

⇒ 49280 cm3

∴ The volume of the cylinder is 49280 cm3
