Correct Answer - Option 3 : 1

Given:

Efficiency of Sumi = 5

Total days in which work has been completed = 2 days

Formula used:

Total work = Efficiency × Time

Calculation:

According to the formula, we have

Work done by Sumi = 5 × 2

⇒ 10

Now she doubled her working hour

So, Work done by Sumi in one day = (5 × 2) hours

⇒ 10 hours

So, new time = (10/10) day

⇒ 1 day

∴ If Sumi doubles her working hour, then she completes the work in 1 day.
