Conclusions:

Correct Answer - Option 2 : Only conclusion II follows.

Statement: Data shows that 1% of the rich own 50% of the wealth in country X.

Conclusions:

I.  The rich in country X are becoming richer and the poor poorer. 

This conclusion does not follow as in the statement we don't have any information or clue about who will become richer or poorer.

II.  Wealth distribution in country X is unequal.

This conclusion follows as data shows that 1% of the rich own 50% of the wealth in country X it means wealth distribution is unequal in country X.

Hence, only conclusion II follows.
