Correct Answer - Option 1 : 7/9

Given:

49/64 is given number

Calculation:

49/64 is a number

Numerator increased by 100/7%

⇒ [49 + (100/700) × 49] = 56

Denominator increased by 12.5%

⇒ [64 + (12.5/100) × 64] = 72

So,

New number = 56/72 = 7/9

∴ The new number is 7/9.
