Correct Answer - Option 3 : Format painter

The correct answer is Format painter.

  • Format painter
    • The Format Painter is a tool in Word and PowerPoint that lets you copy some formatting from one object and apply it to another one.
    • Think of it as copying and pasting for formatting.

  • Strikethrough
    • When you've got your text selected, look on the “Home” tab of Word's Ribbon.
    • In the “Font” group, click the “Strikethrough” button (it's the three letters with a line drawn through them).
    • Now, any text you had selected should be struck through.
    • You can also apply strikethrough formatting using the Font window.
    • Shortcut Key: Ctrl+ D
  • Change Case
    • Select the text for which you want to change the case.
    • Go to Home > Change case.
    • Do one of the following: To capitalize the first letter of a sentence and leave all other letters as lowercase, click Sentence case.
    • To exclude capital letters from your text, click lowercase.
    • Shortcut Key: SHIFT + F3
  • Shading
    • Select the word or paragraph that you want to apply shading to.
    • On the Home tab, in the Paragraph group, click the arrow next to Shading.
    • Under Theme Colors, click the color that you want to use to shade your selection.
