Correct Answer - Option 3 : Rs. 4,500

Given:

Total paid bonus = 6,00,000

Number of employees in level A = 50

Number of employees in level B = 75

Number of employees in level C = 100

Calculation:

Let bonus paid to each employee of A, B and C be x, y and z respectively

According to the question,

⇒ x = 3y/2      ----(1)

⇒ y = 2z      ----(2)

From equation 1 and 2 we get

⇒ x = 3z      ----(3)

Now, according to question

⇒ 50x + 75y + 100z = 600000

put values from equation 2 and 3 in above equation

⇒ 50(3z) + 75(2z) + 100z = 600000

⇒ 150z + 150z + 100z = 600000

⇒ z = 1500

The amount was paid to each employee of level A

⇒ x = 3z

⇒ x = 3 × 1500

⇒ x = 4500

∴ The amount Rs 4500 was paid to each employee of level A.
