Best answer
Correct Answer - Option 5 : 90 kg

Given:

Ratio

Copper : Zinc

Alloy A

4 ∶ 5

Ratio

Zinc : Aluminium

Alloy B

7 ∶ 9

Quantity of zinc in the final mixture = 70 kg

Calculation:

Ratio of copper, zinc and Aluminium = (4 × 7) ∶ (5 × 7) ∶ (5 × 9)

⇒ 28 ∶ 35 ∶ 45

Now, quantity of Aluminium in final mixture = (45/35) × 70 kg

⇒ 90 kg

The quantity of Aluminium in the final mixture is 90 kg.
