Given:

Distance = 360 km

Speed of train from Delhi to Patna = 50 kmph

Speed of train from Patna to Delhi = 70 kmph

Formula used:

Time = Distance/Speed

Calculation:

The relative speed of trains as they are moving towards each other = (50 + 70) kmph

⇒ 120 kmph

Time = 360/120 = 3

∴ The trains will meet each other after 3 hours
