The logic follows here is;

LOGIC: (First Number + Second Number)/2 = Third Number

1) 13, 15 : 14

(13 + 15)/2

= 28/2

= 14

2) 6, 8 : 7

(6 + 8)/2

= 14/2

= 7

3) 14, 16 : 18

(14 + 16)/2

= 30/2

= 15 ≠ 18

4) 12, 16 : 14

(12 + 16)/2

= 28/2

= 14

Hence, "14, 16 : 18" is the correct answer.
