    • It is Maharashtra's oldest and largest national park.
    •  The park is known for its teak and crocodile bark which are the predominant tree species.
  • Kanha National Park
    • The park was created in June 1955.
    • It is in Madhya Pradesh
    • The park is located in two districts that are Mandla and Kalaghat.
    • It was given the status of a tiger reserve in 1973.
    • It is also known as Kanha–Kisli National Park.
