Correct Answer - Option 2 : \(\dfrac{14}{13}\)

Given:

 \(\dfrac{z}{y}=\dfrac{1}{3}\)

Calculation:

(y3 + z3) ÷ (y3 - z3)

z = 1, y = 3

⇒ (33 + 13) ÷ (33 - 13) = 28/26 = 14/13

∴ The required ratio is 14 : 13
