Best answer
Correct Answer - Option 3 : 1 : 16

Given

Milkman buys milk = Rs 15/litre

Calculation

25/4% = 1/16

In above expression , profit = 1 and cost price = 16

So, milk = 16 and water = 1

∴ Ratio of water to milk = 1 : 16
