Correct Answer - Option 3 : 1080

Given:

Divisors are = 12, 18, and 27

Calculation:

According to the question,

⇒ 12 = 22 × 3

⇒ 18 = 32 × 2

⇒ 27 = 33

∴ LCM of 12, 18 and 27 = (22 × 33) = (4 × 27) = 108

We know, 1000 = 108 × 9 + 28

∴ The smallest four-digit number completely divisible by 12, 18 and 27 = (108 × 10) = 1080
