Correct Answer - Option 4 : If we didn’t see an elephant, then we haven’t gone to the zoo.

The given statement states a condition which is fixed that if we go to zoo, then we can se an elephant that means if we haven't gone to the zoo then we didn't see an elephant.

Hence, the logical statement is "If we didn't  see an elephant, then we haven't gone to the zoo".
