Correct Answer - Option 3 : Sensible Energy

Explanation:

  • The average translational kinetic energy of a molecule is equivalent to \(3\over 2\)KT and is called Thermal Energy or Sensible Energy.
  • As the temperature of the system increases, the Kinetic energy of the molecule increases, and the Internal Energy of the System increases.
  • In Ideal gases, there is no inter-particle interaction. Therefore, only the kinetic energy contributes to the internal energy.
  • Nuclear Energy is the energy in the nucleus, or core of an atom. Atoms are tiny units that make up all matter in the universe, and energy is what holds the nucleus together. There is a huge amount of energy in an atom's dense nucleus.
  • Latent Energy is the energy require for phase change during phase change temperature and pressure of the system remain constant.
  • chemical energy is the energy stored in bonds of the chemical compound. Reactions that require an input of heat to proceed may store some of that energy as chemical energy.
