Given:

Average = 60

Innings = 30

Concept used: 

Average = (The sum of N number/N)

Calculation:

Average = 60

Innings = 30

⇒ Total of 60 innings = 30 × 60

⇒ 1800

After excluding the Innings of 80 runs and 54.

⇒ 1800 - (80 + 54)

⇒ 1666

Now the number of innings = 28

The new average

⇒ (1666/28)

⇒ 59.5

∴ The new average is 59.5.
