Correct Answer - Option 2 : 22

Given:

A is 50% more efficient than B.

B can complete a work in 33 days.

Formula used:

Total Work = Efficiency × Days

Calculation:

50% more = + ½

That is, if efficiency of B = 2 then efficiency of A = 2 + 1 = 3

⇒ EA = 3, EB = 2

∴ Total Work by B = Efficiency × Days = 2 × 33 = 66

∴ Time taken by A to complete the same work = 66 / EA = 66/3 = 22 days.
