Direction: The question consists of a statement, followed by two arguments numbered I and II. You have to decide which of the given argument is strong and which argument is weak.

Statement: Should Yoga and meditation be made compulsory in schools?

Arguments:

I. Yes. Yoga and meditation help the students to have better concentration which eventually helps in their studies.

II. No. Children are already occupied with so much work and they can’t dedicate their valuable time to Yoga and meditation.

Correct Answer - Option 3 : Only argument I is strong.

The argument I is strong.

It is true that Yoga and meditation help the students to have better concentration which eventually helps in their studies.

Argument II is not strong as the argument given against not doing Yoga and meditation is vague.

Hence, the only argument I is strong.
