Correct Answer - Option 1 : Only argument I is strong.

Argument I is strong. 

Sugar consumption increases the risk of obesity, diabetes and heart diseases and thus its consumption should be reduced to lead a healthy life.

Argument II is not strong as health comes before taste. It is not good to ignore health for taste.

Hence, only argument I is strong.
