Correct Answer - Option 2 : Rs. 690

Given:

Profit with selling article to Rs. 536 = loss with selling an article to Rs. 384

Formula:

Profit = SP - CP

Loss = CP - SP

% Profit = [(SP - CP)/CP] × 100

Calculation:

Let CP be x, then

⇒ 536 − x = x - 384

⇒ 2x = 536 + 384

⇒ 2x = 920

⇒ x = 920/2 = Rs. 460

⇒ S.P of Article = 460 × (150/100) = Rs. 690

∴ The Selling price of charger at 50% profit is Rs. 690
