Correct Answer - Option 2 : Only argument 2 is strong.

Argument 1 is not strong as cleaning the schools is not an essential part of the exercise. If the school wants the students to exercise there are other ways which the school must focus on.

Argument 2 is strong as cleaning the schools will affect the time allotted for the academic study of the students.

Hence, only argument 2 is strong.
