Correct Answer - Option 3 : \(\frac {s}{2t}\)

Given :

p, q, r, s and t represent length, breadth, height, surface area and volume of a cuboid respectively.

Formula used :

The surface area of cuboid = 2(lb + bh + hl)    (where l, b and h are length, breadth and height of cuboid respectively)

Volume of cuboid = lbh

Calculations :

Surface area of cuboid(s) = 2(pq + qr + rs)          (p, q and r represent length, breadth and height respectively)

Volume(t) = pqr

(1/p) + (1/q) + (1/r) = (pq + qr + qr)/pqr                  (pq + qr + rs = s/2)

⇒ s/(2t)

∴ Option 3 is the correct answer.
