⇒ 53 = (4x + 12)/4

⇒ 53 × 4 = 4x + 12

⇒ 212 = 4x + 12

⇒ 212 - 12 = 4x

⇒ 200 = 4x

⇒ 50 = x

Largest observation = x + 6
