Correct Answer - Option 4 : 149

Calculation:

The smallest number divisible by 12, 16 and 18 = LCM of 12,16 and 18

⇒ LCM of 12, 16 and 18 = 144

As we need remainder 5 in each case so the number = LCM + 5

⇒ 144 + 5 = 149

The smallest number which when divided by 12,16 and 18 gives remainder 5 is 149.
