The below mentioned mathematical operations have been coded as follows:

Given expressions:

1. Coded: 9 × 3 + 8 = 24

Decoded: 9 ÷ 3 × 8 = 24

2. Coded: 10 × 2 + 7 = 35

Decoded: 10 ÷ 2 × 7 = 35

3. Coded: 80 × 40 + 3 = 6

Decoded: 80 ÷ 40 × 3 = 6

Similarly, 

4. Coded: 12 ×  4 + 3 = ?

Decoded: 12 ÷  4 × 3 = 9
