Correct Answer - Option 2 : 21 cm

Given:

Volume/(curved surface area) = 7

Radius + Height = 35 cm

Formula Used:

Volume of cylindrical pot = πr2h

Curved Surface Area = 2πrh

Calculation:

According to question,

⇒ πr2h/2πrh = 7

⇒ r/2 = 7

⇒ r = 14 cm

Again, r + h = 35

⇒ 14 + h = 35

⇒ h = 35 – 14

⇒ h = 21 cm

∴ The height of the cylindrical pot = 21 cm
