Correct Answer - Option 3 : 38

Calculation

Let the present age of boy be x and man be y

According to the question

⇒ y = 4x + 2      ----(1)

After 4 years, age of the man = y + 4

After 4 years age of the boy = x + 4

Accordingly,

y + 4 = 2(x + 4) + 16      ----(2)

From 1 and 2, we get x = 9, and y = 38

∴ The present age of Man is 38 years
