The correct answer is right to property.

  • Article 300 A of the Indian Constitution deals with the Right to property,
  • Right to property was deleted from the list of fundamental rights by the 44th Constitution Amendment Act, 1978.
  • After the amendment, it was made a legal right under Article 300-A in part XII of the constitution.
  • At present, there are only six fundamental rights. (as of April 2021)
