On changing the signs as per the instructions we get, 

(11 - 3) × 2 × (40 ÷ 2) ÷ 4 × (1 × 10)

By using BODMAS Rule,

(11 - 3) × 2 × (40 ÷ 2) ÷ 4 × (1 × 10)

= (8) × 2 × (20) ÷ 4 × 10

= 8 × 2 × 5 × 10

= 800

Hence, "800" is the correct answer.
