Given 

Sachin scored in 16 balls = 86 runs 

Formula Used 

Percentage = (Actual/Total) × 100

Calculation 

Sachin scored his runs only in boundaries

Let the number of fours be X and numbers of sixes be Y

Total balls played =16

⇒ X + Y = 16       ----(1)

Total runs scores =86

⇒ 4X + 6Y = 86       ----(II)

Solving I AND II we get

we get, X = 5 and Y = 11

Runs scored in boundaries by fours  = 20

Required Percentage = 20/86 × 100 = 23.25% 

∴ The required answer is 23.25%
