Correct Answer - Option 4 : ÷ + =

The given equation:  54 * 6 * 5 * 14
On substituting '+ ÷ =' in place of the blanks, we get:
54 + 6 ÷ 5 = 14
 ⇒ 54 + 1.2 = 14
 ⇒ 55.2 = 14 (false)

On substituting '= × +' in place of the blanks, we get:
54 = 6 × 5 + 14
 ⇒ 54 = 44 (false)

On substituting '− = ×' in place of the blanks, we get:
54 - 6 = 5 × 14
 ⇒ 48 = 70 (false)

On substituting '÷ + =' in place of the blanks, we get:
54 ÷ 6 + 5 = 14
 ⇒ 9 + 5 = 14
 ⇒ 14 = 14 (correct)

Hence, ' ÷ + = ' is the correct combination.
