Correct Answer - Option 3 : 290

Given: 

x is increased by 45 %, it becomes equal to 3 times of y

Calculation:

x × 145/100 = 3 × y

⇒ x × 29/20 = 3 × y    

⇒ y = 29/60 × x

∴ y = 29/60 × 600 = 29 × 10 = 290
