Best answer
Correct Answer - Option 2 : 14 months

Given

Manav's capital = Rs. 50,000

Karishma's capital = Rs. 1,20,000

Formula Used

Investment = capital × time

Investment ratio is equal to profit ratio

Calculation

⇒ Manav investment for 24 months = 50000 × 24 = 1200000

⇒ Karishma investment for x months = 120000 × x = 120000x

⇒ according to Question

Investment ratio = 1 : 1

So, profit ratio = 1 : 1

⇒ 1200000 = 120000x

⇒ x = 10 months

Karishma investment after month = 24 - 10 = 14 months

∴ Karishma investment after 14 months
