Correct Answer - Option 1 : 6

Given:

The sum of interior angles of a polygon is 720° 

Formula used:

Sum of interior angles of a regular polygon of side 'n' = (n - 2) × 180° 

Calculation:

Sum of measures of all the interior angles = 720°

Let the polygon has 'n' sides

⇒ (n - 2) × 180° = 720° 

⇒ n - 2 = 720°/180° = 4

⇒ n = 4 + 2 = 6

∴ The given polygon has 6 sides.
