Calculations:

Before renovation One BHK flats in building A = 20 

Due to renovation in building A, 20% of One BHK flats get converted in two BHK flats.

After renovation Two BHK flats in building A = 30 + 4 = 34 

∴ After renovation Two BHK flats in building A is 34
