Calculations:

Total One BHK flats in all the buildings = 20 + 15 + 25 + 24 = 84 

Total Two BHK flats in all the buildings = 30 + 35 + 25 + 26 = 116 

The difference between total Two BHK flats and total One BHK flats in all the buildings = 116 – 84 = 32 

∴ The difference between total Two BHK flats and total One BHK flats in all the buildings is 32
