Best answer
Correct Answer - Option 4 : 20%

Calculations:

Two BHK flats in building A = 30

One BHK flats in building C = 25

More flats = 30 - 25 = 5

Required % = (5/25) × 100 = 20%

∴ Two BHK flats in building A is 20% more than One BHK flat in building C.
