Correct Answer - Option 4 : 360

Given

Temporary employees = 126

Formula Used

Percentage = (Required/Total) × 100

Calculation

Let the total number of employees is 100%,

Then according to the question,

Experienced employees = 75%

Inexperience employees = 25%

Permanent employees = 20% of inexperienced employees + 80% of experienced employees

⇒ 20% of 25% + 80% of 75%

⇒ 1/5 × 25% + 4/5 × 75% = 5% + 60% = 65%

So the temporary employees be 35%

⇒ 35% = 126

⇒ 100% = 126/35 x 100 = 360

∴ The required number of employees is 360.
