Best answer
Correct Answer - Option 3 : 100%
Given:
Science Sociology Economics Total in College
A 250 200 400 850
B 300 200 350 850
C 200 400 150 750
D 150 500 350 1000
Total in Seminar 900 1300 1250 3450

Calculation:

Number of students in college B who attended sociology seminar = 200

Number of students in college C who attended sociology seminar = 400

Increase in number of students who attended sociology seminar in C from B = 400 - 200 = 200

Percentage increase = 200/200 × 100 = 100%

∴ The percentage increase is 100%.
