Correct Answer - Option 1 : Only argument I is strong.

Arguments:

I. Yes, it is inconvenient for some students and staff to bring food from their home every day → It is a strong argument because not everyone brings lunch to the school due to various reasons. In this case, a canteen in the school is useful for the staff as well as the students.
II. No, there should not be a canteen in the school area → It is not a strong argument because there is no such apparent benefit of not having a canteen in the school.

Hence, only argument I is strong.
