The given set of equations:

1) 5 ⇒ 3 = 19

In equation 1),

5 × 3 + 4 = 19

In equation 2),

6 × 3 + 4 = 22

In eqaution 3),

6 × 5 + 4 = 34

SImilarly, in equation 4),

12 × 2 + 4 = 28

Hence, 28 is the correct answer.
