Correct Answer - Option 4 : 17

Concept Used

Divisibility Rule of 3 is the sum of digit of number is divisible by 3 then whole number should divisible by 3

Calculation

The sum of digit = 2 + 3 + M + N + 5

⇒ 10 + M + N

We know the multiple of 3 is 12, 15, 18, 21, 24, 27

⇒ 10 + M + N = 27

⇒ For maximum, M + N = 17

∴ The maximum value of M + N is 17
