Given:

a and b are two integers with their product = 16

Formula /concept used:

Product of two numbers can be expressed in the terms of its factors.

Calculations:

16 can be written as the product of,

⇒ (1, 16), (2, 8), (4, 4), (8, 2), (16, 1), (-1, -16), (-2, -8),

⇒ (-4, -4), (-8, -2), (-16, -1)

∴ there are 10 possible ways in which (a, b) can be paired.
