Correct Answer - Option 4 : 3876

Given:

Result by adding original number and its \(58{1\over3}\)% = 6137.

Calculation:

Let, the original number is x.

Then, \(58{1\over3}\)% of the number =  175x/300

7x/12

58(1/3)% of the number is added to itself = (7x/12) + x = 6137

19x/12 = 6137

x = 6137 × (12/19)

x = 3876

The original number is 3876.
