Correct Answer - Option 3 : 9/28

Given:

Initial investment of A is Rs.25 lakhs

Initial investment of B is Rs.35 lakhs

Initial investment of C is Rs.30 lakhs

Calculation:

Total investment of A,

⇒ 25 × 1 + (25 + 10) × 2 = Rs.95 lakhs

Total investment of B,

⇒ 35 × 2 + (35 - 10) × 1 = Rs.95 lakhs

Total investment of C,

⇒ 30 × 3 = Rs.90 lakhs

Ratio of profits after 3 years,

⇒ 95 : 95 : 90 = 19 : 19 : 18

∴ Fraction of profit B will get = 18/(19 + 19 + 18) = 18/56 = 9/28

Ratio of profit = Ratio of investment
