Correct Answer - Option 3 : 15

After interchanging 2nd and 3rd digits, the numbers are 368, 725, 916, 537, 893.

So, the largest number is 916 and the sum of its first and third digits = 9 + 6 = 15

Hence, option 3 is the correct answer.
