Correct Answer - Option 3 : Both statements A and B can be false

A. All poets are idlers → A poet works hard to write poetries. Hence, we cannot say that all poets are idlers as there have been poets who have done great work in their field. Thus, it is possible that some poets are not idlers.
B. No poets are idlers →  We cannot generalize the statement that 'no poets are idlers'. It is possible as exceptions exist everywhere. Thus, some poets can be idlers.

Hence, both statements A and B can be false.
