Best answer
Correct Answer - Option 2 : 573000

Given:

On selling an article for Rs.441210, a trader loses 12%

Formula used:

Profit = SP - CP

Profit % = (Profit/CP) × 100

Loss = CP - SP

Loss % = (Loss/CP) × 100

Calculation:

When SP is Rs. 441210, loss is 12%

⇒ CP = Rs. (100 × 441210/88)

⇒ Rs. 501375

To gain 14.28% or (1/7),

SP = Rs. {(1/7 +1) × 501375}

⇒ Rs. 573000

∴ the correct answer is Rs. 573000
