Correct Answer - Option 2 : Set the font as Strikethrough

The correct answer is Set the font as Strikethrough.

  • When you've got your text selected, look on the “Home” tab of Word's Ribbon.
  • In the “Font” group, click the “Strikethrough” button (it's the three letters with a line drawn through them).
  • Now, any text you had selected should be struck through.
  • You can also apply strikethrough formatting using the Font window.

Important Shortcut keys used in MS Word:

  • Cut the selected content to the Clipboard - Ctrl+X.
  • Copy the selected content to the Clipboard - Ctrl+C.
  • Paste the contents of the Clipboard -Ctrl+V.
  • Increase the font size by 1 point.- Ctrl+].
  • Center the text - Ctrl+E.
  • Align the text to the left - Ctrl+L .
