Correct Answer - Option 3 : 27^th

Since, the third Friday of the month = 16

So, 16 - 14 = 2 will be the first Friday of the month and as 2 is Friday 1st date of that month would be Thursday.

First Tuesday of that month would be Thursday + 5 = 6, 6 will be the first Tuesday of the month. 

So, 2nd Tuesday would be 6 + 7 = 13, 3rd Tuesday would be 13 + 7 = 20 and fourth Tuesday would be 20 + 7 = 27 

Fourth Tuesday of the month would be 27^th

Hence, option 3 is the correct answer.
